Guest guest
Cheryl, I don't know what Monolaurin is, but both Diflucan and Primal Defense are antifungals. If you take prescription antifungals for an extended period, they need to be checking your liver on a regular basis. Priimal Defense is more gentle by comparison. What happens when you start killing off large amounts of fungals is that the waste products (which are toxic) start accumulating in the liver. You wouldn't necessarily notice a liver malfunction, but it could be related to how bad you're feeling. I feel a huge increase in well being and energy after doing a liver flush. There are a lot of Q & A about liver flushes on curezone. The one I did uses Epsom Salts, grapefruit juice and olive oil. . . You'll spend a day close to the bathroom. Garlic is a natural antibiotic, antifungal and antioxident. . . The body does not build a resistance to it like it does prescription antibiotics. Guest guest
Cheryl I am really sorry to hear of all your problems. It sure seems overwhelming doesn't it? I just wanted to say that monolaurin is very strong. From reading all of the things you are on I would say you are in danger of some serious detox and herx reactions. And they themselves will make you feel horrible as well as not be good for you if your body c an't eliminate the toxins. I know for a fact that lauricidin (same as monolaurin) can cause some very strange and strong detox reactions. I can't tolerate it at all. I think you are taking too much at once. If I were you I would only take one of those and then try the garlic as Rogene suggested and some other more gentle therapies--like the liver flush. There is a website at www.curezone.com for those with candidiasis. Many have had good luck with the liver flush. I think we have the details in our files section if you would like to try one. But I definitely think you are making your symptoms worse at this point and you need to go slower. As you said, if you are too sick to do the surgery you will have to keep delaying it. And I can tell you the surgery will make the most difference so it is imperative that you calm your body down enough to be able to have it. How do you know that the sores are from candida? How long have you had them? Have you tried changing your diet? Have you read any of JOrdin Rubin's books? He tells how to eat for health. He has written 3 very good books-- " Patient Heal Thyself " " The Maker's Diet " and I can't remember the name of the 3rd right now. They all have very similar info. I would follow the suggestions in these books closely. I would drink a ton of water and forgo the monolaurin. Go very slowly on the primal defense and if you aren't seeing improvement on the diflucan, quit it for now. Give this at least a week and see if your symptoms quiet down some. Hang in there and you are in my prayers. Hugs kathy --- In , " Cheryl " <sunbum256@a...> wrote: > > Rogene, don't know anything about Liver and too many anti-fungals pre- > op?
