Dawn,

Until you get your implants out, you'll be treading

water with any anti-fungal. You can help the process

along by eliminating sugar and refined grains from

your diet. . . along with all processed foods! That

doesn't mean that you won't benefit by starting now.

One problem with prescription anti-fungals is that

they act so fast that the die-off from Candida can

accumulate in the liver. This may cause serious

problems. Anyone taking these medications should have

their liver function monitored on a regular basis.

This is where a liver flush can help tremendously!

If you'll click on the first link at the bottom of

this message, you'll be able to access a section that

lists Healing methods. . . . Lots of detox ideas

there. One really has to pick and choose among those

that feel right. Most detox programs target specific

areas of the body. . . Don't try to do too much at one

time. . . especially without someone personally

supervising your progress. The herxes can get

downright uncomfortable. You want to herx, but not for

it to become a deterrent to detoxing.

Hugs and prayers,

Rogene

Rogene,

I know.. treading water. I am doing all I can though at this point.. avoiding sugar and refined carbs.. if I don’t avoid

those things I pay the big time price.

I know, you’re right about the liver

taking a serious beating with detoxing.. I’ve learned through my doctor that it is

imperative to keep this organ healthy. After the implants are out, I may muster

up the courage to do the BIG liver flush. I know how great it is for the body…

just a teeny bit nervous about it. I know I have to drink the Epsom salts.. eeeeewwww.

And that part is just , well, you know.. ….. It’s

just different, let me say that. I’m open minded for sure.. atleast I have that!

Hugs..

Dawn, Between the mindset and the knowledge you have together with what sounds like a great doctor I would be very surprised if you don't make great strides after your surgery. Dear Dawn I am thinking maybe I should try more

detoxing myself. I have to admit what scares me the

most is the herxing? I am not sure if that is how it

is spelled.

I don't want to feel better.

Does anyone know if there is a better way to detox

without herxing, or do you have to herx?

Thanks

Annie

Dawn,

I did the Espom salt flush for the first time

recently. I'm really enthusastic about it! Drinking

the Espom salts is not bad at all. . . A bit bitter,

but it goes down quick, and the taste doesn't linger.

Funny thing though . . . hubby saw it sitting there

and he drank a glass full! . . . before asking what it

was. Didn't hurt him a bit!

I used another flush previously. The one that uses

OrthoPhos . . . That one makes your stomach queasy for

several days, and the olive oil cocktail that followed

was the grossest! I think that one has been modified

now though. It called for lemon juice, one cup of

olive oil and one classic coke. . . . It was really

awful gettin getting it down. The OthoPhos can

discolor teeth too!

Hugs,

Rogene
