Guest guest
JG, You're not alone in ANY of your symptoms! . . . The good news is that you can feel much, much better. It's going to take getting your implants out, time, discipline and probably a considerable amount of detoxing. But, we've got so many women here who have gotten much, much better. They've got their life back! You will too! . . . Just hang in there. We're here for you if you need encouragement! Guest guest
Hey JG, I don't want you to feel alone! But I do know the feeling. It can be a little overwhelming when others just don't get it and think you are okay when inside you feel like dying. Your list of symptoms is long, and so typical.... After explant, it will take time for all of those to go away, but in time, I truly believe that you will no longer feel most of those symptoms. We have so much hope to offer, because so many women have gotten better...and it seems the keys are to stay on top of good eating habits, good exercise habits, good lifestyle and very positive thinking...having faith in God to help you through it because this battle is just too huge for us to do ourselves. I hope you can feel a sense of optimism through this, because there really is a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow! (We each have our own!) I know that the implants may not be the ONLY cause of my health issues, but I do believe that my body's difficult time with accepting the 2 foreign bodies has reduced my immune system's strength, and thus increased the physical problems' intensities. My list:hypothyroidism, clinical depression, blurred vision, pain in my body, in muscles, joints, below the breasts; irritable bowel syndrome, gallbladder flare ups, extreme fatigue every day, swollen joints, itchy "panic" sensations of not being able to take the implants out myself for just a rest, skin irritations on and about breasts, back pain, weight gain, upper respiratory infections every few months, fear of the unknown.....OK, that's what I can think of now. Sometime I want to discuss the first week of implanting, the silent panic of realizing the implants were inside my body and I couldn't get them out.....ok, JGOpinions expressed are NOT meant to take the place of advice given by licensed health care professionals. Guest guest
- Thanks for sharing. We have all been there. Most if not all of your symptoms sound related to your implants. I definitely think they are making you sick! You know, I started hating my implants at the end. Ijust wanted them out so bad. Not just because I was sick. I couldn't stand the way they felt inside me anymore. I always had pains around the left breast and I would try to push the implant up and out of the way to press on it and try to relieve it. When I got them out, they said I had an acute imflammation in my right capsule...and it was the left one that mainly drove me nuts! It always hurt around the breasts and in my breastbone. I just couldn't stand even feeling the stupid implant anymore. I think you will feel so much better even emotionally when they come out. Hopefully after you get them out your husband will see it was the implants making you sick and be more there for you than he is being right now. I really like your attitude in dealing with his less than strong commitment in helping you through this. My husband is such a kind and giving man, but I am not sure he believed the implants were making sick either. He stood by me, and saw me through it, but if someone had asked him behind my back if he thought the implants were the problem, I am not sure he would have said he did. I think alot of men tend to think women overreact and don't think logically. They also tend to be more followers of authority. If a doctor says it isn't your implants, then they are ready to believe them. Post anytime you want about how your feeling. We are here to support you! Guest guest
Great post kathy and I wanted to also add, I am so much better since explant JG! I do know what they were triggering, as since the implants have been gone, these symptoms are now gone. I no longer have Postive ana, no more inflammatory counts, no more joint pain, no more muscle twitches and nervous system issues, blurred vision, water retention, headaches, neck pian, stiffness, fogginess, dry skin, fatigue and problems sleeping, many many more .There is hope for you, JG. Hope that if you get them removed ,you will get better,as the main triggers that are aggravating your body are now gone, or worst case scenerio, you will not get worse. That still os wonderful To stop getting worse day by day. I agree, I don't think they triggered every health problem I have ever had, but it sure was lot of them.We just arent sick girls, we have hope that by doing soemthing proactive, we can get better. Women do all the time. With love ,julie >From: "mikat828" <mikat828@...> >Reply- > >Subject: Re: my list health problems last 5yrs >Date: Sun, 27 Feb 2005 04:41:07 -0000 > > > >- >Thanks for sharing.
