Guest guest
Jeanne, It may be that it is not getting hot enough. Can you check and see what the temperature is reading? It takes 136 degrees to make me sweat. hugs, Beth > I wondered if anyone out there has tried a portable far infrared sauna. Guest guest
-Wow beth I only set mine at 125 degrees and even that makes me feel hot! But I don't usually start sweating until about 25 minutes into the sauna. I usually stay in about 45 minutes. I think the more often you use it, the easier it is to sweat at lower temperatures kathy -- In , " bethlakey " <bethlakey@y...> wrote: > > Jeanne, > It may be that it is not getting hot enough. Guest guest
Hi everyone, Where do you get a portable infrared sauna? How much do these things cost?? Thanks --- bethlakey <bethlakey@...> wrote: > > Jeanne, > It may be that it is not getting hot enough. Can > you check and see > what the temperature is reading? Guest guest
la, You can go online and do a websearch for " far infrared portable sauna " . . . After you become familiar with the makes/models, you could call around where you live to see if they are available. Otherwise, you can order them online. Guest guest
Beth, I can't imagine getting my sauna up that high! . . . Do you have it indoors, or outdoors? Mine is outside, in a screened porch. When it's cold outside, it does well to get up to 120 degrees. If it's extremely cold, it won't come on! Something those of you not familiar with far infrared saunas should know is that the air temperature does not get that high! . . . You can have a glass of water in the sauna with you, and it barely gets warm. It has something to do with the wavelength of the light.
