Guest guest
Jackie, Just wanted to suggest that you try vegetable juicing. I have the same problem and the juicing really gives me energy. Love, Anita no energy;trying2bpositive Today, as in many days in the past few years with implants, I just ran out of energy. It's like a rechargeable battery...I begin in the a.m. with vitamins, synthroid, antidepressants, and by the middle of the afternoon, sugar or no sugar, I need to lay down. Some days I can leave work early; other days I just do the next right thing until the office closes...Today was so beautiful...an early spring day....and I went to bed because I just couldn't carry my body one step further without recharging...Then comes the depression because I physically cannot do anything but sleep and rest...I am encouraged by the postings; just wanted to share where I am this moment...trying more water, more fresh fruit, less caffeine, more prayer...Jackie
Guest guest
Jackie, Please find a way to rationalize the depression away . .. . You now know why you're fatigued, you know what you're doing to do . . . If you can give yourself permission to rest when you need to, without guilt, you'll soon have your implants out and then you can begin feeling better. . . Our mental attitude plays a huge role in our physical health . . . I know telling someone to " get over it " doesn't work . . . But, perhaps you can find a way to " rearrange " your thinking so you can take this unnecessary burden off yourself. For me, my turning point came in the form of a dream at a time when everything had suddenly gotten as bad as I thought it could get. I was sick as a dog, marriage was in the pits, and I lost my job. I had a dream where God told me that He would take care of me, of my family and my friends. All I needed to do was to turn things over to Him. I woke with the dream fresh on my mind and immediately agreed to turn everything over to Him. . . I felt immediate relief. From that point, people came to me with information, ideas came to me, and things started going my way. I don't know if this helps . . . I hope it does! Sometimes all we have is Faith . . . But then again, Faith is all it takes! Hugs and prayers, Rogene

I drank some fresh juices from a juice place but do not yet have a real juicer. Are they expensive? It is very expensive to get them at these places have you noticed? good to see you Anita. I hope you feel better soon. Annieanita kessler <AnitaK001@...> wrote: Jackie, Just wanted to suggest that you try vegetable juicing. I have the same problem and the juicing really gives me energy. Guest guest
Hi Annie, I would suggest you go to Mercola.com and read all you can about juicing. He has two juicers that he recommends because they don't heat the juices during the extraction process and ruin the enzymes. Remember we are talking about vegetable juicing using green organic vegetables. Fruit juices might taste better but they are loaded with sugar which provokes an inflammatory response in the body.(the last thing we need) My son really likes them. Drinks them right down. I would also stay away from carrot juice because of the sugar content but you might want to add a carrot or two at the beginning to make it more appealing taste wise. Remember to use only organic veggies. It takes time and effort but in my opinion it is one of the best ways to infuse your body with nutrients. It would be great for your son also. How is he doing? I think of him often. I am hoping to have some answers for the kids with this treatment my son is doing. Guest guest
Hi, have you tried fish oil it helps with depression. Make sure you buy one without contaminants. I think flax oil helps some but not as much. Also, inositol pure powder is very helpful with depression and in many cases can stop the need for drugs. Check out one of Dr. Atkins books on nutritional healing. Hang in there... --- crazycanoe1 <crazycanoe1@...> wrote: > > Today, as in many days in the past few years with > implants, I just > ran out of energy.
