It is in my breast tissue/nipple area. I had unders, what could this

mean? Could it

be my body healing/detoxing in that area?

Dear C,

My breasts hurt for well over a year, into 18 months. I slowed down

on coffee and realized I just had fibrosistis breasts. The healing

process and scar tissue really does hurt for awhile, I think thats

normal. See if its not more prevalent before your menstral cycle.

My gynecologist said I had normal pain due to premenstral but I

thought for sure it was more. Had mamagram and ultra sound, should

lot of scar tissue. You could have fibrocystic breasts too. Also

Dr. Kolb said to use a hormone cream around menstation and evening

primrose. This is probalby normal healing, there's a lot of nerves

that need to heal.

Hang in there,

Jen,

I suspect that your nerves are in the process of

healing or reacting to the changes in tension. Unless

you have redness or swelling, I don't think there is

anything to be done except let more time pass.

Hugs,

Rogene
