Guest guest
Rogene, The gym sets it to 136, not sure why. I could stand for it to be a little lower. Anyway, it still takes me around 15 minutes to sweat, and I stay in for a total of about 25 minutes. Anything around 120 or below doesn't do anything for me. Probably because of my weight and I'm always cold it seems like. Anyway, I may end up getting my own next year. hugs, Beth > Beth, > > I can't imagine getting my sauna up that high! . . . > Do you have it indoors, or outdoors? > > Mine is outside, in a screened porch.
