Guest guest
Hi there! I have in my possession a very old Bullworker that belongs to my father. It is probably 4-6 years older than I am. I am not exactly sure which year model it is but it is something between 1970 and 1972. We still have 2 of the original exercise manuals somewhere in the house, one with my father's first measurements when he started using it when he joined the police service at 18. It is amazing how valuable it is to still have the original Bullworker book and until yesterday I did not know that the Bullworker are still being manufactured. I last used it 10 years ago when I wanted to loose a bit of weight but stopped using it after about 3 months after I suddenly started to develop muscles in places where I did not know a person had muscles. I decided to take a brake because the muscles just kept on getting bigger (without using any protein or kreatien products). It wat amazing! You see I a am a very small, short 29 year old female who just wants to tone a bit. I want to start using it again, this time I will use a protein supplement but I will only use the Bullworker moderately like 3 times a week. Of all the exercise programs I have done in my life the Bullworker was surely the best ever. Well if I find the original manual I will try to load it onto the sight. Keep on pressing and pulling!
