Guest guest
Kathy, I had really bad headaches for the first few weeks after using the sauna, it's funny that you mention that. I can only do the sauna every other day, it's just too much every day. I'm just now starting to tolerate 30 minutes. hugs, Beth
Guest guest
- Beth I am pretty sure the headache is a detox reaction because the same things happen when I do clay baths and other forms of detox. That is why I haven't been as consistent as I should. Also because it takes so long and then you have to shower and wash your hair. I always put it off until my hair is really dirty anyway so that I don't end up having to do my hair twice. How lazy is that!!! I am glad to hear about your tingling lessening. I think that the far infrared improves circulation and that may be part of what is helping with the tingling. Your improvements made me decide to try to use my sauna more regularly again. Keep us updated as you progress. kathy -- In , " bethlakey " <bethlakey@y...> wrote: > > Kathy, > I had really bad headaches for the first few weeks after using the > sauna, it's funny that you mention that.
