I really don't understand everything far infrared

saunas do . . . I just know they work! I do know that

they produce an artificial fever that triggers your

body's defense system for healing.

If you want to see how they work, do a web search for

" far infrared therapy " . . . different manufacturer's

have different information. Some are easier to

understand than others.
