Guest guest
I wish I could be off more help. Are you doing any physical activities? I have a friend that told me her savijng grace was exercise, mostly aquatics but other things as well. She feels that it brings oxygen to the damaged cells. I am tryijng her approach coupled with things on this site that have been recomended. I feel great beside my pain issues and I am still on medication for that. So far I have begun a walking and stretching routine. I recomend that for you because it will help with detoxing your body all that sweating. I bundle extra warm and it makes me soaked but it is gross too. I never had yeast so I don't know much about it. I have never really had a yeast problem but I am sure there must be ways to combat it that the girls here know more about than me. Right now I just pray my brain problems never come back because that feelig was the worse thing inj the worldcnjcramer <cnjcramer@...> wrote: Its been almost 7 months since explant & it seems I'm still dealing with....fungal/yeast problem(?) - I have bad sinus/eye pressure & also anirritable bladder that can sometimes feel like a very slight vaginal yeast infection-although hard to explainmy fingers & toes will lightly tingle/pins/needle feeling & I've had lots of the falling asleep feeling in my thighs.some weird head sensations- like a hot/cold feelings in my head Any help on what to take? Guest guest
Are you taking any essential fatty acids? Most of my symptoms like that went away in time, and I can't say exactly what helped each one, except for the bladder issues...that was doing things like all the natural antibacterial products (oil of oregano, grapefruit seed extract, olive leaf extract, raw garlic, aloe vera juice, there are probably a few more good ones...caprylic acid) For the tingling and numbness, that just went away, but I did focus on taking the EFA's like Evening primrose oil, borage oil, fish oil, flax. I think these are important for the nerves and healing of our neurological systems. And of course, I kept up a steady detoxification program. Take care, and hope you find this helpful.
