Guest guest
This is often a sign of a fungal problem, so I would check on an anti-fungus diet. The Mayo Clinic has found that most sinus problems are fungal in nature. Guest guest
I found that putting a cold, wet washcloth over my eyes helped tremendously! Also . . . sinus problems can be related to a yeast infection. There are over 200 kinds of yeast! Also . . . taking two teaspoons of Guaifenesin syrup (any drugstore) can open the sinuses and relieve the pressure. This is especially helpful at night to help get a good nights sleep!
