For Las Vegas Ladies

I had an awesome massage today and wanted to share with the Las Vegas ladies on the group about it, because the lady that did it is a specialist in fibromyalgia. She was very good! When I told her about my breast implant experience, that set us off on an hour long discussion about implants, and she said she had thought she might consider breast implants after she was done bearing children, but she said our discussion changed her mind! (Yay!)

She also said in the middle of our discussion that a light bulb went off, because she knew a friend who was sick all the time lately and realized that she got implants about 6-8 months ago. Hopefully she will be able to enlighten her friend and have her join our group.

She gave me some business cards offering a 15% discount to any of you girls if you are interested, so just let me know. She is at Beauty World on S. Eastern Ave. Her name is De.

She stressed the importance of water, water, water! And getting enough sleep as well as movement and things that stimulate the lymphatic system. Of course, massage, but she also said things like jump rope or mini-trampolines.

Just wanted to share that.

I am approaching my 7 year anniversary of explant, and am at a crossroads in life at the moment. My next month is going to be jam packed with stuff going on, so I might be taking a long break from the group. I will try to catch up on final letters but if you don't hear from me, it is probably because I am not on my computer! I wish you all well.

Hugs,

Once again it seems to be that some exercise is really important is that not true? I have been walking everyday and it feels good. I am going to try to get out in a bit. The weather here is warming up and it is gorgeous outside. I can see the Wasatch and the Okers from where I live and the view is so special. One of the reasons I love it here so much even if my home is old and needs some fixing.

We are going to get away for awhile ourselves. I think that it will be a good thing. I hope you can get in some fitness and time for your self too Patty. You do such a great job on the site we will surely miss you.
