I also realize that even if I'm a non responder it has helped and like you said, there are alot of positive things happening as far as clinical trials. It is an interesting question you ask... My answer is no. I believe God has allowed certain tests to be placed before me. He evidently wants me to learn from these challenges. I also believe that all that which is good comes from God. That which is not good does not come from God. The real question is this... in my times of challenge, will it draw me closer to him, or will I run away? It may appear as if I am running away... but I am not. If I did not have him to turn to in my darkest hours, I would surely not know what to do... I hope that answers your question. I went in first and explained to him that my son was aware that this was the last visit and that he would not be seeing him after that day. He seemed to accept this. At the end of the session he pulled me aside to tell me that the reason for his concern was that "AS is such a heavy label to put on a child" huh? Ok, whatever.
