Anyway, I don't know if I'm getting through because I haven't seen a response from you. What is " Pathways " ? Also, what are the titles of the two CDs you mentioned? Thanks for asking - It is my core program of undoing with Loving What Is writing style and turnarounds. Please go to www.pathway.org and see what it is for yourself. Basically, it is a program to take you to the final addiction - and that is the addiction to truth. It ends the need for one to find external solutions to an internal problem - it allows you to finally come into balance and put an end to overeating, overspending, overworking, smoking, over drinking, rescuing others, putting up walls, thinking too much, people pleasing and any other excess that one uses to NOT feel one's feelings and escape from fully experiencing life. The program was started in the 1970's and has been highly refined. Longitudinal studies indicate incredible favorable stats in increased happiness. It is a two-year program - not a quick fix - and costs a reasonable $100 for each 12-week segment. I'm in the third 12-week segment and I'm loving it more and more - it's working!!!!! Please note that when you go to the site it all started as a program to address increasing obesity stats in America. When they refined the program they noticed that ALL addictions subsided!!!!!! But residue from the original intent still lurk on the website. I don't have a weight problem...I use it as a program that effectively undoes my stories and holds my hand while teaching me how to be more present in my moment to moment life. The two cds I mentioned were created my Michiel (spelling) in Holland. If you go to the file section here on this board you will find his address in Holland and you can order them for $5. They take FOREVER (two months for me) to get here. Over the summer, I will convert all the tapes I have to MP3 files - THAT'S how big an impact those cds have had on me. It's interesting to me that three men have written me offline about the pathway. The other two both got the book The Pathway and one of them started the program - they both loved it. Both of them experienced what was labeled depression and found this system helpful. Next time you are in and Noble or Borders you may wish to take a peek at the book. It's interesting to me that both book stores carry the pathway but disappointingly do not keep Byron 's Loving What Is in stock.
