Guest guest
Finally, after about a seven week wait, my two books by " Pushing Yourself to Power " and " The Miracle Seven " arrived a few days ago. I tell you what, judging by the soreness the Dynamic Visualisation exercises have caused, they will be effective. Its actually really, really surprising how tough they are. Don't be fooled by the fact that there are no weights or resistance. Try this: Tense your whole arm, shoulders and chest really, really hard and them make this movement: http://www.bronzebowpublishing.com/PecContraction.gif Pushing Yourself to Power is packed with hundreds of exercises that are basically in three groups - " Dynamic Visualisation " which is tensing your muscles as hard as you can while doing some fairly simple movements, " Dymamic Self Resistance " , which is pushing against your own strength, and Body Weight exercises like Hindu Pushups etc. There are literally hundreds of photos and a lifetime of exercises. The Miracle Seven is essentially a subset of those in PYTP. They both look like great books that I'm sure will add another dimension to anyone's personal training.
