Guest guest
It was good after we got our test results because they showed other people that there was a reason why we were getting ill. However, I think I was naiive in thinking that just because we had a set of test results that said that we were living in toxic mold that our landlord would fix the problem. Instead, they went on the warpath against us. We became the problem for them, and they let us know it.
Guest guest
Felice, trying to find someplace safe to go is the bane of my existence right now, and has been a problem for many people here. I have been looking for 2 months, staying at an extended stay type of arrangement, looking for a small, clean apartment with little mold but having a hard time finding it since air conditioners without an adequate filter are all moldy and apartments tend to either have window a/c units OR they have central air but they have the smaller, less deluxe models with insufficient filters so they are as bad as window units. Every apartment I have looked at has moldy air conditioners that have contaminated air. Right now I am looking to see if I can find a brand new apartment complex where a/c units have not been run yet. I'm not chemically sensitive so I don't think new carpet would bother me. However in extended stay setup I am in, a/c unit here is moldy too but I had them clean it out for me and I wrapped it up so no air from it gets into room and using my own area heater. However when I first come in from being outside it has an odor and is otherwise a very well maintained, newish, and clean hotel, so it seems like " Mission Impossible " right now.
