The county inspector said he had never had a home owner not respond in some sort of way even if it was to argue but there has never been a responce either way. I don't know if these people think it will just go away or that it is not really happening or what? It is hard to imagine what would go on in someones head to be in complete denial like this. It can't be bad for you though. I have often thought of what if I was in the jury and was told that one of the parties just blew of the situation. What would my opinbion be about that. Stupid, stupid, stupid.... It's like being punched in the nose and then sitting on the ground twirling grass around your fingers. Who would do that???
