I know how to do the TA,

I am not sure, if it is true,

that the great things I think of someone else

are in me...

Usually I admire

other people who has qualities

that I have less within me.

I admire

people's peace of mind,

there peacefulness.

I admire my peacefulness.

When I am in peace,

it happens a 1 day a year,

and it is great.

So...

I don't admire people who are like me

but

people who are the opposite of me.

And yes,

if I will try real hard

I could find 3 reasons why

I have a peace of mind...

Or even than I won't

Yes, that's what admiring is about. We see things in others that we can

not see in ourselves. And if these things match our belief system, we

experience what one would call admiration.

What do you experience, in that instant?

So, how does a peaceful mind look like? Like yours, being in

admiration. You just missed it, because you started looking for

something else.
