Guest guest
Hi all, I am a new member to this group. I had my first Bullworker when I was 14, I am now 40. That was the old Bullworker II with brown handles, and gave me good results for a 'lad'. I 'progressed' from the Bullworker to weights, and got heavily into training in my early twenties. Since then I have had a family, and that kind of put a stop to regular visits to the gym...however I am now using the Bullworker again (the newer X5 model), and a system of calesthenics called 'Combat Conditioning'...as well as bodyweight exercises from 'Solitary Fitness'. I recomend 'Combat Conditioning' and solitary fitness to you all as an adjunct to the Bullworker...especially for legs and cardio. I am interested in any fitness and strength gaining advice anyone has. I do wonder if people from this group have petitioned the Bullworker people to put training advice on their website? The UK Bullworker site looks well put together, and the people there sent me a new red powermeter clip free when I lost mine. So they are 'user friendly' .It is after all in their interest to get people using the Bullworker, so a good training section on the website would be to everyones advantage...perhaps we should unite and petition them?
