This is an excellent question and I would be interested in learning how most centers are following donors with or without insurance for required months, 12 months and 24 month period. All feedback is greatly appreciated.ThanksBessie PlummerSent via BlackBerry by AT&TFrom: "Barrow, " Date: Wed, 7 Jan 2009 17:14:27 -0800To: 'TxFinancialCoordinators '<TxFinancialCoordinators >Subject: RE: ACCEPTING LIVING RELATED DONORS W/NO INSURANCE Hello All, Question : What are your requirements for Parents of minor children as Living Related Donors ? Are they worked-up for Living Related Donation if they are Uninsured? What risks have you found if any for uninsured Living Related Donor Parents? What should we consider if we decide to accept uninsured Living Related Donor parents?
