Guest guest Posted October 23, 2008 Report Share Posted October 23, 2008 I've been having trouble staying asleep through the night now that it's fall. I'm sure it has something to do with less sunlight so I have been supplementing 5,000-6,000IU of Vitamin D per day. Is there something else that I could do? I eat NT including lots of protein and fat. I generally am waking up at 4am or so and have difficulties dropping back off. thank you for any help!
