having trouble staying asleep at night

I've been having trouble staying asleep through the night now that

it's fall. I'm sure it has something to do with less sunlight so I

have been supplementing 5,000-6,000IU of Vitamin D per day. Is there

something else that I could do? I eat NT including lots of protein

and fat. I generally am waking up at 4am or so and have difficulties

dropping back off.
