I'm glad you want to improve your body with the Bullworker. The model you have is probably Model 2 if green handles or Model 3 if brown handles. Before you start the training, however, clear it with your doctor. Once cleared, start slow and easy. The Bullworker will give you the strength you seek, but go easy in the beginning with your doctor's permission. Keep us up on all of this if you would, please. My best to you. RichErnest wrote: Hi

It belonged to my dad who is no longer with us, hispassing from a stroke last year is part of the reason I want to startusing the bullworker. Hi everyone

Well, I never really did a proper self intro in this group, and since

I just unententionaly outed myself in my last responce to a message

from a

group member, I figured I might as well give a self intro that is

complete and honest.

First of, my name is Ernest and, I live across the Bay from San

Francisco on the largest island inside the San Francisco Bay which is

called Alameda. My town besides being made up of the island is

comprised of a paninsula that extendes out from the Oakland Airport.

My town has about 70, 000 people. My first major regular workout

rutine was bootcamp and hospital corpsman school, when I first entered

the Naval Reserve. During that time, I went from around 200 Lbs down

to 129 Lbs, all in just 6 months time. As I said above, I outed myself

in my last email, I thought I was sending it to an individual rather

than to the whole group. I'm a gay guy which you would think would

make going to a gym full of guys easy, but I have post traumatic

stress disorder from being violated by and adult male stranger at the

age of 5. So, I actually feel rather anxious at the gym. I teand to be

afraid of strait men. especialy in agressive environments like

sporting events, the gym, etc. I think this has been a major reason I

have not gone to the gym or participated in any group sports and, its

why I had gained most of my weight back until I decided recently to

make a change. I think loosing Loosing my father in 2005 to a stroke

is the thing that has motivated me to turn my life around, I'm down to

175, I take a multi-vitamin, along with flax seed oil, and a baby

asprin. I hope to get back down to about 135 lbs, I figure for someone

who is 5'6 " and 41 years old, thats a good goal. I have a dvd exercise

program I'm going to start called P90X that uses power bands or

dumbells, I'mm using Power Bands for now. I will also be using my Bull

Worker which is the one with the brown handles and a plastic covered

cable running along either side. I have two other pieces of excercise

equipmen, one is like a long giant spring with a handle at each end,

while the other is a pull up bar that goes in door ways. I need to

find the bracket for the doorway before I can use the pull up bar. I

also have a bicycle. Today, I walked about 3 miles. I was having

health problems for a little while until, the doctors discovered that,

the hole that my spine goes through to connect to my brain is too

small. So with the help of meds, I have gone from having head aches,

dizzyness, and tingling in my extremities along with being bedridden

for weeks at a time due to headaches and bach aches to reroofing a

bedroom last summer that was added onto the house years ago. I'll let

you all know how I progress with my goals, keep up the good work.

Have a good weekend.
