Guest guest Posted December 9, 2005 Report Share Posted December 9, 2005 And here are my 4 week results in the last reading on wach line (taken more than 4 weeks as I train 1-2 per week at full strength and need recover time. Unfortunately I have given up on the stomach exercises as I've lost motivation in that area: > Neck 15.25 -> 15.5 -> 15.5 > Shoulder 47 -> 48 -> 49 > Chest 43 -> 43.25 -> 44 > Biceps 14.5 -> 14.75 -> 15 > Waist 36 -> 36 ->36.5 > Thighs 23 -> 24 -> 24 > Calfs 15 -> 15.5 -> 15 Arms chest and shoulders have really been benefiting - not surprising as thats where I have been targetting the excercises. > Hello all - I have used the bullworker as per the manual for 2 weeks > and here are my results: > > Area Before -> After (all in inches): > > Neck 15.25 -> 15.5 > Shoulder 47 -> 48 > Chest 43 -> 43.25 > Biceps 14.5 -> 14.75 > Waist 36 -> 36 > Thighs 23 -> 24 > Calfs 15 -> 15.5 > > All in all this is good. > > BTW, I am 6ft tall and weigh 13 stones - my weight seems to have > increased slightly but I haven't accurately measured this. > > I am also changing my bullworker workout to every other day but > using 90-100% max strength (for max muscle gain) as I really feel it > the next day and need a day off. > > I know they say that 70% is all thats needed for max strength gain > but I believe muscle mass gain comes when you feel the pain! > > > > > > > > > > > > > Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Guest guest Posted December 19, 2005 Report Share Posted December 19, 2005 I started bullworker a month ago and the difference is amazing. I have not become arnie but the strenght has gone up. The best thing backache has reduced to negligible level(Somewhere I read it backache is result of weak front stomach muscles). But yes I have stopped recording the power meter readings, I feel this put me more at ease. Besides one can always watch in the mirror and see the progress. My chest has lot of fat around it anyone can suggest a few exercises that work only on the front and side chest area. Re: My 2 week results of using the bullworker - then 4 weeks...
