I learned about them both around the same time, myself (and not awfully long

ago), and I've been using them together and interchangeably depending on which

feels right at any given moment.

Hi !

I'm not very familiar with the Sedona Method, but doesn't it emphasize " not

thinking so much? " Could you explain when you use one and when you use the

other?

Curious,

Sometimes I have a feeling that is either so strong that I can't think, or for

whatever reason the thinking behind the feeling eludes me so there's little

foothold for inquiry. I'm sure I could just get better at finding the focus for

inquiry, but at times like that (when I have the presence of mind to do any work

at all) I tend to use the Sedona Method to deal with the feeling directly. My

expertise is not great in either system, but I've found both of them very

helpful at times.

. Thanks for the clarification--that's exactly what I've been saying for

weeks. The one thing I feel would open things up in this group is the

acknowledgement of just how powerful emotions and feelings really are. When

we change how we feel about something, our whole world opens up just a

little bit more. (damn...I think I just opened a can of worms).

hi moritz!

i have a story that i may be one of the *many* people who offered to help with

your site and are finding time to post yet havent contributed to your site...i

have had trouble downloading your site - just tried again with the link in this

post and again was unsucessful. really, i'm so inexperienced when it comes to

computers that as soon as there is a glitch i tend to 'move on' to other things

since i'm not willing for much of my time to be taken up with trying to figure

out technical difficulties...best wishes to you. i hope you get all the

assistance that you want...

cheers

Hi ,

I googled yesterday through the various websites and all were

connected with the organisation of the Sedona method. Not a single

independent link of happy users like it is the case with The Work.

I wonder if this is mostly a money making machine for the founder(s)?

at least gives a lot of free information and the questions

themselves are to be found easily.

The Sedona method consists also of questions (I guess only after

reading ABOUT it) but nowhere the slighest hint of how the method

works or is applied.

Though I ordered the book " The Sedona method " and the free CD at the

Website, I wonder what comes after that, speaking of money to be

spent for materials and tapes and workshops etc.

Of course the organisation needs some money, so my question is, how

is that handled and how much one has to pay in order to GET the

method?

You know I always heard how wonderful the method " Avatar " is, but I

simply am not very fond of people who want to get lots of money for

things which in my opinion belong to the public domain and anyway

are found somewhere else for free.

That's why I created my computer program for doing the work for free

(By the way I wonder, what the many people are doing, who wanted to

help improve the remaining pieces of bad english in the program.

They seem to have lots of time for writing in this forum! :-))

Love

Moritz
