Hi -

For me what you wrote is just continued judgements - and they are

harsh. What inner bonding does that is so much more fulfilling to me

is that it allows you to go inside and find out what YOUR truth is and

to value that truth.

Once you start to value your truth - voila - you don't feel worthless

anymore.

But the process that Loving What Is uses unless done correctly (and

for me my experience has noticed that only does facilitation in

a supremely helpful way) keeps me stuck with a harsh internal critic.

Inner Bonding takes the information from the internal critic and

softens it so I finally break away from the familiar loop I created in

childhood - of simply oscillating inside myself between a wounded

(victim) child and harsh adult (perp) mentality. Loving What Is

because of it's highly cognitive structure fed that disastrous loop -

inner bonding breaks it - and for me that's a beautiful thing.

Insight and clever mindgames simply isn't the goal-for me.

Sounds wonderful! Keep it!

I would take that *whole* paragraph and substitute both, LWI and IB,

and put " I " in it. - LWI doesn't have a cognitive structure, not in my

experience, that is. And *nothing* but myself *knows* what critic is,

nor can it soften nor harden it.

Good. I appreciate your concern. Thank you.

You're right and you're wrong. So what is your goal - is it to learn

or to control, protect, and defend. If I were saying your words it

would be a defense for me.

In an enlightened sense LWI doesn't have a structure at all - but I

don't step beyond my evolution. I am where I am and for me Loving

What Is is a very cognitive methodology compared to Inner

Bonding/Pathway/Willingness Works/etc. Not a bad thing - I just need

to stop feeding the judgement loop.

Thank you. I can find that.

I don't know. To learn and to help, perhaps.

I hear that, and I said them... because I did.

And I want to share that the turnaround on me felt good for me.

I don't know about " enligthened " senses, and yes it has a structure:

Write it down, ask the four questions, *then* turn it around.

Great! I do, sometimes.

Good. I hear that you know what you need. I wish you best.
