Need help from Florida TFC's!!! (BCBS FL donor billing)

I am wondering how BCBS FL is processing your living donor charges for the transplant episode? They have started denying our living donor charges, saying that we need to bill the donor's insurance first. Now they want to go back and ask for refunds on all previous donors that they paid the transplant episode on. Any of you experiencing this?
