Working Out At The PC - but also for Racket Sports

I keep my X5 right next to the PC I am typing this message on. Even

as I am typing this I am working out on my legs (outer thighs). I

bought this X5 recently off Ebay (UK) for £35 and I hope it will make

a difference. I have to spend lots of time on the home PC because I

look after a couple of Websites. It is great having the Bully nearby

when waiting for photos and other information to upload. There are so

many exercises you can still do sitting in a chair. However I think I

should start a serious programme of exercise using the Bully and would

welcome any daily weekly monthly routines that have worked for other

users. All suggestions welcome. I need to maintain fitness and speed

because I am a Racketlon player. Racketlon is one of the worlds

fastest growing sports and involves players playing Table Tennis,

Badminton, Squash and Tennis against each other consecutively all

scored to 21 American style - most points at the end wins.

Tournamounts take place all over Europe and players get a World

Ranking. Do a search on Racketlon to see what I mean. So hopefully

using the Bully will bring strength to my legs to power me around the

various courts, and power to my arms and chest in order to hit the

shuttlecock, squash and tennis balls that bit harder. Well my outer

thighs are getting a bit tired now after all their exercise whilst

typing this. Looking forward to any suggestions for workout routines.

Might do a before an after post once into a workout programme.

Thanks for reading this. Ray.
