As Jen said - a lot of bodybuilders only hit each muscle group once a week. Plus, you tend to get a lot of extra work on the legs from cardio. What I was doing was Sun.- BFL Cardio Mon.- UBW Push Tue.- BFL Cardio Wed.- UBW Pull Thu. BFL Cardio Fri. BFL LBW Sat. Rest It seems my upper body gets some kind of workout at most every 5th day but the lower body every 7th day. Is this spaced OK?
