Guest guest
, To increase the look and definition of your pecs, do all of the chest exercises with your BW (I do 3 each 7 secs hold) and then somewhere in your routine add in pushups, sets of 20 reps as many sets as you can do and then try to increase it over time. To combination is killer for pecs. Dave > > 1. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions. I have been using the X5 since 7/1/06. I am a little disapointed with how my pecs look. Breathing Isotonic exercises. when you press in the bullworker do you inhale? then exhale during the 7 second hold at the end. > > > > > > > > > --------------------------------- > 8:00? 8:25? 8:40? Guest guest
Hit the chest from various angles. If you pecs are droopy, pay attention to doing 5 sec holds with very intense contractions. Don't be afraid to do 5-6 sets of these from various angles. If your pecs are FAT, then losing weight is also in order. Sometimes it is not the muscle, but the fat that lays over the muscle, that causes the droopy look in the pecs. Good luck -- In bullworkerclub , kevin scimeca wrote: > > 1.
