Hi! Staying focused is an issue for me too, at this point. ! As

far as your workout schedule, I am doing the very same thing.

Starting the week with weights on Monday, and ending with a cardio on

Saturday. I tend to sleep a bit later on the weekends, so the

shorter HIIT workout is nice -- kind of let's me get in meal #1 just

a tiny bit closer to a normal time. lol Good luck to you, and

congrats on your progress!!!!

That I can do at home. I am making definite progress as I can now

wear my husband's jeans. Plesae stay focused and expect adversity.
