Guest guest Posted October 26, 2002 Report Share Posted October 26, 2002 Hi! Staying focused is an issue for me too, at this point. ! As far as your workout schedule, I am doing the very same thing. Starting the week with weights on Monday, and ending with a cardio on Saturday. I tend to sleep a bit later on the weekends, so the shorter HIIT workout is nice -- kind of let's me get in meal #1 just a tiny bit closer to a normal time. lol Good luck to you, and congrats on your progress!!!! > I have no trouble staying on track during the week.
