I too had bad side effects of severe headaches and confusion but we are all different. Good Luck! Guest guest Posted July 30, 2004 Report Share Posted July 30, 2004 My mother in law takes 400MG three times a day and it really helps her for Muscle Atrophy, it just makes me nauseated, and I have overactive bladder and it makes that worse.I have heard a lot of good stories about it though.
