Guest guest Posted October 19, 2002 Report Share Posted October 19, 2002 Hi CJ, Thanks for the info,you know I don't really warm up (meaning doing 5 min or so before cardio) I usually just do the 2 minute warmup the book describes. Maybe I should try to warm up more and as far as the incline I am pretty much flat.....hmm Anyways I'll try warming up longer see if that helps.
