Whether in sports, business or any creative endeavor - this same scenario applies. If you keep track of what you did and what you thought on the daysyou were at your best, and if you keep repeating those things, you increase yourchances for success dramatically. So keep track of what works - as well as what doesn't work. Repeat what works.Discontinue what doesn't work. A simple formula, I know. But it won't do you any good unless you start to becomeconscious of your thoughts, behaviors and the results they produce.
