Guest guest
Here's an HCV topic. What is with this gook in my throat and constantly having to clear it? Drives me crazy! Guest guest
Pat, as you know I'm SO experienced with this now that I've had my 2nd shot. For me, part of it is knowing that if I can't work, I can't do treatment. I don't have any other means to support myself & the kids and no savings to live off, so I HAVE to work. Luckily, I have pretty decent energy until about 4 & when I start sinking, I just keep going. When I get home, I fall out for a few minutes and get online with you girls. My church has been sending some meals, so I don't have to cook & I don't have to feel guilty about my kids having to cook. We'll see how things progress. Its hard to imagine working right now with the way I feel and I hope and Pray my energy level will return..Let me hear from you my friends...Pat
Guest guest
I do have an office job, sitting a lot, and we are slow right now, but it can be very fast paced and is always deadline oriented. I do real estate closings for builders and developers (land not houses) Faith is the ability to not panic. -----Original Message-----From: Pat McBride Sent: Wednesday, February 18, 2004 10:29 PMTo: HepatitisCSupportGroupForDummies Subject: Re: Re: New Topics For Discussion Im so proud of you that you have done this all by yourself. When I started tx I was so sick I stayed in bed most of the time and slept so much. I didnt even have the energy to make my bed. It didnt matter because I was in it all the time.So you are doing wonderful and are blessed to have your church family to help you and the kids out. Does your job require you to stand alot or is it a sit down job? I use to be a very energetic person, fast worker, but I dont think this will be the case now when I go back to work. The last job I had was office Mgr for my husbands Trucking Company so I could work at my own pace. Even though it required some late hours and weekends now and then. Pat...I have no Idea what I will do or who will hire my old ass..
