O.T. - Previous Training Journal

Sorry, Kinda off topic and tooting my own horn.

I found one of my old training journals last night and was amazed at

some of the weights I did.

March 1994 -- Probably my best shape ever.

164lbs - No Idea of bodyfat- Never worried about it back then.

Bench Press - 185# - four sets

- 195# - one set

I know I was able to hit 265# at one time at about 180lbs bodyweight.

Shoulder Press (DB) - 95# - two sets

- 105# - 1 Set

Tricep Pushdowns - 110# !!!!!! (Although -Triceps always were good)

Squats - 210# - four sets (Heavy for me! Chicken Legs)

Leg Extensions - 80# - 3 Sets.

Sorry if this is of no interest. Just thought, WOW, i'd love to get

back to that level. This time I would monitor BF%
