Long periods of time without them, then, BOOM, a period of time with one almost every day. Been there, done that. I'm in one of those minor periods with migraine's occurring only infrequently and mildly when I have one. Thank God! With many different new medications for migraines on the market those who suffer from them should ask their doctor(s) for assistance. Mine have successfully been aborted with medication for many years now, if the doseage is taken early enough, or if I use the nasal spray or self-injection. The nasal spray works the fastest for me...and avoids the additional pain of an injection. Migraine's can be killers.
