Hi! Newbie here...

M1: cottage cheese, cantaloupe

M2: broiled chicken breast, boiled potato

M3: spaghetti sauce, ground sirloin, brown rice

M4: egg white salad (low-fat mayo), 1/2 wheat pita, raw spinach

M5: tuna, spinach, pineapple

M6: orange, cottage cheese
