hi d,

i guess the first thing would be to do what you are doing now...

questioning yourself.

and using the kind of questions that katie suggests, can help

you understand and view things in another way.

i suffer from " twisted thinking " myself, but am learning how to

question my thoughts (in order to clarify why and what), and am

finally experiencing some fun and freedom and control with/over my

thoughts.
