Let the light flow all through you so that it can burn out theMists and fog that have hidden you from reality.

Whatever the day may bring you, whatever hurts or disappointments you feel,

Search all closely and you will find the strength to counter them face to face.

Make this day one of knowing there is no power,No critic, no trouble that can come against yourInner strength and your outer calm.

Even when darkness seems to cover the world and

All its tangled affairs,

Your light will never go out or let you down.
