Here are some of the things I've learned that work for me: Pause from time to time during the day and BREATHE Walk around your home/apartment and touch things and mentally or verbally say, " Thank You " Take a break and take a walk Call a friend or family member Tell people you Love them Read the postings...send a message Affirm that there is " enough " time Know that you are ENOUGH Let go of all the " stuff " you are carrying, just for today Attend a support group meeting SMILE I've just done a posting and I feel wonderful.
