Guest guest
Thanks, Kelley! I'm getting ready to do cardio now but would rather be sleeeping ;-) darlene > > Hi Everyone! Guest guest
I know the feeling Darlene! I got up at about 5:10 am and did my cardio -but it was definitely FORCED!.....not anything I wanted to do. When the clock went off at 5 I laid there for a few minutes going back and forth in my head - the treadmill WON! Yee Haa! So, you're not the LONE RANGER! I haven't reached the mental/emotional part of my challenge where I'm so pumped I'm looking forward to getting up and working out, etc..... I'm still struggling with that part! (don't know if I'll ever FEEL like working out or get addicted as they say you do!) Let us know how it goes! Glad you're up and ready to get cardio out of the way!!!! Kelley > > > Hi Everyone! Guest guest
I look forward to weight training but not cardio! I have a sore throat so that didn't help but I DID it anyway My legs and butt were so sore, too! I did steps cardio so now, I feel it! I was on my feet this wkend for 5 or 6 hrs Fri & Sat night so the bottoms of my feet are still sore! When I did sqats yesterday, my feet were feeling the burn, too ;-) Gee, it sounds like I'm whining but don't mean to be. I just was surprised to still have sore feet... Have a good day, Kelley :-) darlene > > > > Hi Everyone! I am still trying to bounce back after the long, > > long > > > > wkend! I worked over 20 hrs between Fri and Sunday. Guest guest
Wow, you two are early birds today!! Darlene, try soaking your tootsies in epsom salts and hot water - you will really feel a big difference, trust me. Don't worry about " whining " either, we all have days where we are pooped out and it seems like the last thing on earth you want to do is a workout. Pats on the back to you for doing it anyway! Kelley, I *still* don't enjoy getting up early in the morning and it's been over two years on BFL for me. LOL! I'm just not a morning person. However, I *do* enjoy the workout, so once I get past the " OH NOOOOOOO, it's too EARLY to get up!! " argument that goes on in my brain, I really like working out in the morning. It's over and done with and then I have the evening free to do dishes, make dinner, make lunch for the next day, tidy the house, do laundry, help with homework, coach cheerleading, etc. Is that all? LOL Jen B.
Guest guest
GO JEN GO!!! So there is still hope that I MIGHT begin enjoying my workouts! It's only week 6 for me - so I've got another 1 1/2 years to start liking them! Kelley > However, I *do* enjoy the workout, so once I get past > the " OH NOOOOOOO, it's too EARLY to get up!! Guest guest
Thanks, Jen! I will try that next time 'cause they feel better today. Maybe that's because I have a bad sore throat now! Geeezzz! As soon as I over work myself, I get one so nothing new but thought this new, somewhat more fit me might do better Instead, I probably should have waited to do my WO but ... Nope... I am too afraid to start skipping thanks for the pats, too! It makes it all better :-) darlene > Wow, you two are early birds today!! Guest guest
I try to think of how dis-satisfied I will feel if I skip a WO and how good I feel when I complete one that I've had to force myself to finish... I think that helps a little when it's 'tough to get goin' " ! darlene > GO JEN GO!!! So there is still hope that I MIGHT begin enjoying my > workouts!
