I rotated one as it looks like you were elevating the legs on a chair while lying on the floor. I have done that too. If you have a large balance ball you might want to use it to elevate the legs. I had good luck with it yesterday, and at least I could rest on the sofa instead of the hard floor. Hope you are feeling better! I don't have high fever this time, like I did the last time. However this time I have " bumps " on my arms and hands as well (only a couple, but still...) Unfortunately I don't have a balance ball, but thanks for the tip!
