Black Spots and Night Sweats: A Puzzling Case of Panuveitis A Puzzling ConditionThe syndrome is a multisystem vasculitis.

Behcet's key features include uveitis, recurrent oral and genital

ulcers, and vasculitic skin lesions. Associated features include

arthritis, central nervous system involvement, erythema nodosum,

intestinal ulcers and vascular lesions such as thrombophlebitis,

arterial occlusions and aneurysms.
