Yes, it's true.

Can you absolutely know that you're disgusted that he charges that

to dub a tape and send it? I don't know.

How do you react when you think this thought?

I'm shocked and outraged.

I get in his business.

I get in BKI's business.

I expect him to follow the requests for non commercial use on the

tapes. (Being paid for your time is a job.)

Thoughts come: He should know better. He's doing it wrong. BKI

wouldn't like it.

I can't appreciate what he's offering.

I think he's trying to take advantage of something.

My mind travels to feeling ripped off at carnivals, restaurants,

disney land -- charged $7 for fries that didn't cost that much to

make, $9 for a plate of lettuce and some tomatoes..etc.

I become obsessed with numbers and costs of things.

I want an explanation from him.

I want to hear that he's discussed his costs with and/or

someone at the office.

I want him to be giving his profits back to the work foundation.

I him to see that the way he's doing it...is like a job..and that's

not appropriate.

I haven't asked him any of these things.

I take his requests personally as if I'm the one he's ripping off --

and I've never even bought anything from him.

This thought brings stress.

WHo would you be without the thought that you're disgusted that he

charges $20 to dub and send a tape?

Sigh...

Breathing more calmly...

Not in his business.

Coming from a clearer place if I wrote to him.

Willing to hear him.

Noticing that that's what he's doing. Just noticing.

Not attacking him in my mind with forceful questioning.

Appreciative that he's offering the outdated tapes at all.

Peaceful and content right here at my computer.

1. Hmmm...my dad was upset that I was charnging a nickel or a dime

for my rollerskating show and I think I started feeling bad that I

was charging that, too.

2. In love...people want it from me for free and I expect them to

do things for me before I give it to them. For instance, do the

dishes and then I'll be happy and love you. Or, say nice things

about me and then I'll say something nice about you. I charge people

for my love.

3. Other things I think that should be given freely that I have

charged for: Hmm...

Yes, Mona's work is my work.

I'm having all the tapes converted to CDS. Someone said they would do

it for us and make them all into MP3 files.

Also in Holland had 44 tapes put on 2 CDs which I have

ordered. As soon as I get that, that will be available at a nominal fee.

But the tapes - I'm not messing with them - my house got fried in an

electrical event and everything that was plugged in got fried. So my

tape making days ended - thus the conversion to CDs.
