The " canning day " sounds like a lot of fun. Too bad I don't live closer.

I do have a canning question for anyone with canning experience. I can't figure

out what I did wrong, but this last batch of green beans that I canned ended up

with not enough liquid. I followed the same procedure that I always do, but

several of the jars have about 1/3 less liquid that they normally do. Any

ideas?
