scary kinda way!) My observation is that if a baby

is slapped, it isn't

" processing a story " , its gone into shock!! Hence

delayed reaction. Still,

guess it's just my story based on watching and

observing, and can't be

true, as Kt doesn't say so. ;-)

What has S & M got to do with it?! Apart from

hearing your sexual

proclivities, I didn't find anything in there that

told me that you weren't

disagreeing with the idea of 'pain (or pleasure)

principle'. :-) Lol ... your

certainty and explanations are so entertaining.

someone elses pain;

humans can only feel the pain of the story they

are believing about

someone elses pain.

I have a story that you can't know this ... for

sure. Anymore than Kt can,

your interpretation? Even if she did, it's all just a

story ~ even Kt's. We're

all sharing stories on this list and Kt's Truth seems

to be the reason why.

But it's hugely valuable and entertaining and highly

addictive too. I guess

I'm just " loving it " . LOL

Now without any stories we are all one in love. In

a state of love,

nothing else exists, no world, no pain, no bodies.

World, pain,

bodies only exist because I believe a story that

they are real.

was in vancouver recently & she said (paraphrassed) " the good thing

about being separate is that I don't have to feel your pain. Right now it's your

turn. When you hurt I don't have to. My turn will come later. " When she said

this it made complete sense to me at the time. Now, I'm not so sure anymore.

It does seem from watching her at work, that she really DOESN'T go into the

pain with the participants, she is just THERE to guide them through it. Just my

2 cents worth but I'd love to hear some other ideas of what she might have

meant.

I don't know, when I listen to I get the sense that she doesn't have a lot

of stories left & that I'm just projecting my own stories onto her. They seem

to be projections of how I like myself & accept myself, though, so it is not

stressful.

Well, hurt or not, can you REALLY know it is not for the best of the

babies path (At least this time)? What is your story about the parents?

How often do they slap their Kid? How often did you see, And how often

did you think of the Kid being slapped?

Who is the one slapping and the one being slapped now?

I don't know about feeling pleasure from pain. But then, I don't know

about REAL pain. I remember I must have had pain, but there is none

right now. Counting all the 'real' pain I have had in my whole life,

and the last 'emotional' pain I had, latter was much worse!

So who should not have pain? On what planet?
