Multivitamin with Iron?

I recall hearing somewhere that taking a multivitamin with Iron close

to the time of your thyroid meds interferes with absorption. Is that

true? I have made a point of purchasing vitamins without Iron, but am

not sure if this is even right?

I found some really great supplements that I want to start taking but

want to confirm whether or not the Iron is an issue since they contain

Iron.

Thanks!

I think it's Iron, Calcium and Fiber that should be taken at least 4 hours away from thyroid.
