Dear Friends,

As part of the rituals, you can light a candle for peace; listen to or sing peace songs; do a burning bowl ritual; meditate on peace and recite the World Healing Meditation.

In the burning bowl ritual, you could make a list of stuff you'd like to release (all hurts, disappointments, unforgivingness, painful situations etc. ) Someone I know burned her old collages -- the ones that had already manifested and the ones that she was no longer interested in manifesting in her life.

As part of the releasing, you can do a blessing ritual-- bless situations, people, events in your life.

You may also tell the person, event or situation why you're grateful - for instance - the person or situation made you grow deeper; pushed you to seek a new path; pushed you to greater freedom; made you discover inner strength, etc.

After that, there's a 20 to 30 minute meditation. You may focus on your breathing, chant a mantra, listen to guided meditations, recite prayers or do your own contemplative meditation. Choose what suits you or feels right for you.

The closing ritual consists of reciting the World Healing Meditation.

Enjoy!

In light and love,
