I am 2.5 years out, and have not lost for the past 1.5 years. It does not

matter what size meal I eat---- I eat til I'm full. If I were to exercise

more, and eat less, perhaps I could lose more, but I'm content for the moment.

Definitely #1. IMO, anything else is freakin cruel and demented. It's

not the child's fault. I'd do the same thing for a child named Saddam

Hussein III or IV or V.

Definitely #1....Anything else would be characteristic of antisocial

personality disorder, which I'd say fits your sister quite well!!
