Guest guest Posted August 29, 2004 Report Share Posted August 29, 2004 I am 2.5 years out, and have not lost for the past 1.5 years. It does not matter what size meal I eat---- I eat til I'm full. If I were to exercise more, and eat less, perhaps I could lose more, but I'm content for the moment. Thanks... Betsy all this to say.. I don't fit the poll.
